Connect Ticto to Nevian

Time needed: about 5 minutesLast updated:

Send every Ticto sale to Nevian with one webhook, so each purchase, order bump, refund, chargeback and renewal shows up next to the ad that brought the buyer.

What you need

  • A Ticto producer account at dash.ticto.com.br that can open Tictools.
  • A Nevian workspace with an active plan (Beginner, Pro or Enterprise), where you are the owner, an admin or a member. Viewers can't connect integrations.
  • The two tabs side by side: Nevian on Integrations and the Ticto dashboard.

Steps

  1. In Nevian, open Integrations, click Add integration (Connect provider when nothing is connected yet) and pick Ticto. In the Connect Ticto window, have the platform open in another tab, then click Next to get your private URL.

The Connect Ticto window in Nevian, with the Next button highlighted.
  2. Nevian creates your private Webhook URL. Click the copy button next to it and leave this window open: it shows the first event the moment it arrives.

The Webhook URL in the Connect Ticto window, with its copy button highlighted.
  3. In Ticto, click Tictools in the side menu, then the Webhooks card.

Ticto's Tictools page, with the Webhooks card highlighted.
  4. Click the eye icon of the folder where the webhook goes, then +adicionar (add).

The Webhooks folder list in Ticto, with the eye icon of a folder highlighted and the +adicionar button below.
  5. Copy the Token shown at the top (you paste it in Nevian in step 8). In Itens a serem enviados (Items to send) choose Enviar Order Bump | Combo junto com a oferta principal (send them with the main offer), choose your products, paste the URL, and keep Versão (Version) 2.0 and Formato de Envio (Format) JSON.

Ticto's new webhook with the token, order bumps sent with the main offer, the pasted Nevian URL highlighted, version 2.0 and JSON.
  6. Under Selecione os eventos (Select the events), tick Venda Realizada, Aguardando Pagamento, Boleto Impresso, Pix Gerado, Venda Recusada, Pix Expirado, Reembolso, Chargeback and, if you sell subscriptions, the subscription events. Click Salvar (Save). Ticto sends a test to the URL before it lets you save.

The Ticto sale, refund and chargeback events ticked, cart and affiliation events left blank, and the Salvar button highlighted.
  7. Back in Nevian, click Next after copying the URL or code to open the test step. The line turns Connected a few seconds after Ticto's check of the URL arrives. Click Done.

The Connect Ticto window in Nevian showing Connected, with the Done button highlighted.
  8. Recommended: in Nevian, click the Ticto card in Integrations, open the Connection tab, paste the Ticto token in Token and click Save. From now on Nevian rejects any call without it.

Check that it works

  • The Ticto card in Integrations says Connected and shows the time of the last event.
  • To send another test later, open the webhook's menu in Ticto and choose Enviar evento de teste (Send test event); Visualizar envios (View deliveries) shows each delivery. Ticto has no test flag, so Nevian records a test sale as a sale: mark it as a test in Logs › Conversions and it stays out of revenue and conversions.
  • For real sales, keep the Nevian tracking script on the pages with your buy buttons. It adds the click ID to every link to checkout.ticto.app (as sck) and passes the page UTMs along; Ticto sends them back with the sale.
  • With order bumps sent with the main offer, each bump in the sale becomes its own conversion. Subscriptions (renewals and cancellations) come from the subscription data of each call.

Problems

"Waiting for the first event…" doesn't change

Ticto hasn't sent anything to Nevian yet. In Ticto, open the webhook (its menu › Editar) and check that the URL is complete, that the version is 2.0, the format JSON and that the sale events are ticked. If you rotated the key in Nevian, the old URL stops working: copy the new one from the integration's Connection tab.

Ticto doesn't let you save

Ticto tests the URL before saving and shows the error when the test fails. Copy the URL again from Nevian (the whole URL, with nothing before or after it) and save again.

"Ticto reached Nevian, but the call was rejected"

The call arrived, but Nevian turned it down; the line and Logs › Webhooks show the reason. When the reason is the Token, the token saved in Nevian isn't this webhook's: copy it again in Ticto, open the Connection tab of the Ticto card, click Replace, paste it and click Save. Then send the test again.

"no matching click" on a real sale

The test never has a click, so this is normal there. On a real sale it means the buyer reached the Ticto checkout without the click ID: check that the Nevian tracking script is on the page with the buy button and that the button links to checkout.ticto.app (the script adds sck to it). Ticto explains webhooks in its own help article.
