Connect Perfect Pay to Nevian
Send every Perfect Pay sale to Nevian with one webhook, so each purchase, order bump, upsell, refund and chargeback shows up next to the ad that brought the buyer.
What you need
- A Perfect Pay producer account that can open Ferramentas (Tools).
- A Nevian workspace with an active plan (Beginner, Pro or Enterprise), where you are the owner, an admin or a member. Viewers can't connect integrations.
- The two tabs side by side: Nevian on Integrations and the Perfect Pay dashboard.
Steps
-
In Nevian, open Integrations, click Add integration (Connect provider when nothing is connected yet) and pick Perfect Pay. In the Connect Perfect Pay window, have the platform open in another tab, then click Next to get your private URL.
-
Nevian creates your private Webhook URL. Click the copy button next to it and leave this window open: once the URL is saved in Perfect Pay, click Next to open the test step and then Done; the card in Integrations shows the first event too.
-
In Perfect Pay, click Ferramentas (Tools) in the side menu, then Webhook - Vendas (Webhook, sales), and click Adicionar (Add).
-
Choose your products, paste the URL, and under Eventos (Events) tick Pendente, Aprovado, Rejeitado, Cancelado, Devolvido (refunded), Enviado de Volta (charged back), Completo and Pré Checkout. Save the webhook.
-
Copy the token Perfect Pay shows for your webhook. Perfect Pay sends it inside every call.
-
Recommended: in Nevian, click the Perfect Pay card in Integrations, open the Connection tab, paste the Perfect Pay token in Token and click Save. From now on Nevian rejects any call without it.
-
Perfect Pay has no test button: make a test purchase, or resend the webhook of a sale you already have. The Perfect Pay card in Integrations turns Connected as soon as it arrives.
Check that it works
- The Perfect Pay card in Integrations says Connected and shows the time of the last event.
- Perfect Pay has no test mode, so a test purchase counts as a real sale: open it in Logs › Conversions and mark it as a test, and it stays out of revenue and conversions.
- For real sales, keep the Nevian tracking script on the pages with your buy buttons. It adds the click ID to every link to
go.perfectpay.com.br(assck) and passes the page UTMs along; Perfect Pay sends them back with the sale. - Each sale says whether it is a regular sale, an order bump or an upsell, and each becomes its own conversion. Sales of a subscription plan also update the subscription (renewals and cancellation).
Problems
"Waiting for the first event…" doesn't change
Perfect Pay hasn't sent anything to Nevian yet. In Perfect Pay, open the webhook and check that the URL is complete, that the products of the sale are chosen and that the events are ticked. If you rotated the key in Nevian, the old URL stops working: copy the new one from the integration's Connection tab.
"Perfect Pay reached Nevian, but the call was rejected"
The call arrived, but Nevian turned it down; the line and Logs › Webhooks show the reason. When the reason is the Token, the token saved in Nevian isn't your account's: copy it again in Perfect Pay, open the Connection tab of the Perfect Pay card, click Replace, paste it and click Save. Then send the test again.
"no matching click" on a real sale
The test never has a click, so this is normal there. On a real sale it means the buyer reached the Perfect Pay checkout without the click ID: check that the Nevian tracking script is on the page with the buy button and that the button links to go.perfectpay.com.br (the script adds sck to it). Perfect Pay explains its webhook in its own help article.
