Connect Kiwify to Nevian

Send every Kiwify sale to Nevian with one webhook, so each purchase, refund, chargeback and renewal shows up next to the ad that brought the buyer.

What you need

  • A Kiwify account that can open Apps at dashboard.kiwify.com.br (producers and affiliates both have webhooks).
  • A Nevian workspace with an active plan (Beginner, Pro or Enterprise), where you are the owner, an admin or a member. Viewers can't connect integrations.
  • The two tabs side by side: Nevian on Integrations and the Kiwify dashboard.

Steps

  1. In Nevian, open Integrations, click Add integration (Connect provider when nothing is connected yet) and pick Kiwify. In the Connect Kiwify window, have the platform open in another tab, then click Next to get your private URL.

  2. Nevian creates your private Webhook URL. Click the copy button next to it and leave this window open: it shows the first event the moment it arrives.

  3. In Kiwify, open Apps in the side menu, then Webhooks, and click Criar Webhook (Create webhook).

  4. In the panel on the right, name it Nevian, paste the URL, choose all your products (or the ones to track) and keep the Token Kiwify shows: you paste it in Nevian in step 8.

  5. Tick the events compra_aprovada, compra_recusada, boleto_gerado, pix_gerado, compra_reembolsada, chargeback, subscription_renewed and carrinho_abandonado, then click Criar (Create).

  6. On the saved webhook, click Testar Webhook (Test webhook).

  7. Back in Nevian, click Next after copying the URL or code to open the test step. The line turns Connected a few seconds after the test arrives. Click Done.

  8. Recommended: in Nevian, click the Kiwify card in Integrations, open the Connection tab, paste the token Kiwify showed for this webhook in Webhook token and click Save. From now on Nevian rejects any call without it.

Check that it works

  • The Kiwify card in Integrations says Connected and shows the time of the last event.
  • Logs › Webhooks lists the test exactly as Kiwify sent it. Nevian marks Kiwify's sample purchase as a test: it never counts in revenue or conversions.
  • In Kiwify, the three dots next to the webhook › Ver logs (See logs) show each delivery and let you resend a failed one.
  • For real sales, keep the Nevian tracking script on the pages with your buy buttons. It adds the click ID to every link to pay.kiwify.com.br (as sck) and passes the page UTMs along; Kiwify sends them back with the sale. Abandoned carts are logged and never count as sales.

Problems

"Waiting for the first event…" doesn't change

Kiwify hasn't sent anything to Nevian yet. In Kiwify, open the webhook again and check that the URL is complete and that the events are ticked, then click Testar Webhook. If you rotated the key in Nevian, the old URL stops working: copy the new one from the integration's Connection tab.

"Kiwify reached Nevian, but the call was rejected"

The call arrived, but Nevian turned it down; the line and Logs › Webhooks show the reason. When the reason is the Webhook token, the token saved in Nevian isn't the one of this webhook: copy it again from the webhook in Kiwify, open the Connection tab of the Kiwify card, click Replace, paste it and click Save. Then send the test again.

"no matching click" on a real sale

The test never has a click, so this is normal there. On a real sale it means the buyer reached the Kiwify checkout without the click ID: check that the Nevian tracking script is on the page with the buy button and that the button links to pay.kiwify.com.br (the script adds sck to it). Without sck, the UTMs Kiwify sends back still credit the sale to the Meta ad.

Affiliate sales without buyer details

As an affiliate you receive the webhook, but the producer decides whether you see the buyer's name, email and phone. Without them the sale still counts; it is tied to its visit by the click ID. Kiwify explains its webhooks in its help article.
