Connect Kirvano to Nevian
Send every Kirvano sale to Nevian with one webhook, so each purchase, order bump, refund and chargeback shows up next to the ad that brought the buyer.
What you need
- A Kirvano producer account that can open Integrações (Integrations).
- A Nevian workspace with an active plan (Beginner, Pro or Enterprise), where you are the owner, an admin or a member. Viewers can't connect integrations.
- The two tabs side by side: Nevian on Integrations and the Kirvano dashboard.
Steps
-
In Nevian, open Integrations, click Add integration (Connect provider when nothing is connected yet) and pick Kirvano. In the Connect Kirvano window, have the platform open in another tab, then click Next to get your private URL.
-
Nevian creates your private Webhook URL. Click the copy button next to it and leave this window open: it shows the first event the moment it arrives.
-
In Kirvano, open Integrações (Integrations) › Webhooks and click Criar Webhook (Create webhook).
-
In the tab that opens, name it
Nevian, paste the URL in URL do Webhook (Webhook URL), leave Token empty and choose the products in Produto (Product).
-
Under Evento (Event), tick the sale events: Compra aprovada, Compra recusada, Boleto gerado, PIX gerado, Boleto expirado, PIX expirado, Chargeback,
SALE_REFUNDEDand, if you sell subscriptions,SUBSCRIPTION_RENEWED. Save the webhook.
-
Kirvano has no test button, so make a test purchase. The webhook's Ver logs (See logs) shows it was sent.
-
Back in Nevian, click Next after copying the URL or code to open the test step. The line turns Connected a few seconds after the purchase arrives. Click Done.
Check that it works
- The Kirvano card in Integrations says Connected and shows the time of the last event.
- Kirvano has no test mode, so your test purchase counts as a real sale: open it in Logs › Conversions and mark it as a test, and it stays out of revenue and conversions.
- For real sales, keep the Nevian tracking script on the pages with your buy buttons. It adds the click ID to every link to
pay.kirvano.com(assrc) and passes the page UTMs along; Kirvano sends them back with the sale. - Order bumps come inside the sale: each product becomes its own conversion, with the order total split by the product prices.
Problems
"Waiting for the first event…" doesn't change
Kirvano hasn't sent anything to Nevian yet. In Kirvano, open Ver logs on the webhook: if nothing was sent, check that the product of the purchase is the webhook's Produto and that the events are ticked. If you rotated the key in Nevian, the old URL stops working: copy the new one from the integration's Connection tab.
Do I need the Kirvano token?
No. Kirvano doesn't say how it sends the token, so Nevian doesn't use it: the key inside your Webhook URL proves each call is yours. Keep that URL private, and rotate it in the integration's Settings if it leaks.
"no matching click" on a real sale
The test never has a click, so this is normal there. On a real sale it means the buyer reached the Kirvano checkout without the click ID: check that the Nevian tracking script is on the page with the buy button and that the button links to pay.kirvano.com (the script adds src to it). Kirvano explains webhooks in its own help article.
