Connect KashPay to Nevian

Send every KashPay order to Nevian with one webhook, so each sale, refund and chargeback shows up next to the ad that brought the buyer.

What you need

  • A KashPay seller account that can open Integrações (Integrations) at app.kashpay.com.br.
  • A Nevian workspace with an active plan (Beginner, Pro or Enterprise), where you are the owner, an admin or a member. Viewers can't connect integrations.
  • The two tabs side by side: Nevian on Integrations and the KashPay dashboard.

Steps

  1. In Nevian, open Integrations, click Add integration (Connect provider when nothing is connected yet) and pick KashPay. In the Connect KashPay window, have the platform open in another tab, then click Next to get your private URL.

  2. Nevian creates your private Webhook URL. Click the copy button next to it and leave this window open: it shows the first event the moment it arrives.

  3. In the KashPay dashboard, open Integrações (Integrations) in the side menu, choose the Webhooks tab and click Configurar Webhook (Configure webhook). If you already have a webhook there, the button reads Adicionar webhook (Add webhook).

  4. Paste the URL in URL do endpoint (Endpoint URL).

  5. Under Eventos para receber (Events to receive), tick the seven events that start with order., from order.created to order.chargeback. Keep Todos os produtos (All products) ticked and click Configurar webhook (Configure webhook) to save.

  6. The window now shows the saved webhook. In Evento de teste (Test event), choose order.paid and click Enviar teste (Send test).

  7. Back in Nevian, click Next after copying the URL or code to open the test step. The line turns Connected within a few seconds. Click Done.

Check that it works

  • The KashPay card in Integrations says Connected and shows the time of the last event.
  • Logs › Webhooks lists the test call exactly as KashPay sent it. Nevian marks it as a test: it never counts in revenue or conversions.
  • For real sales, keep the Nevian tracking script on the pages with your buy buttons. It adds the click ID to every link to checkout.kashpay.com.br (as vtid), and KashPay sends it back with the order, so the sale lands on the right ad.

Problems

"Waiting for the first event…" doesn't change

KashPay hasn't sent anything to Nevian yet. In KashPay, open the webhook again and check that URL do endpoint has the whole URL, that the webhook is Ativo (Active) and that the order. events are ticked. KashPay only sends a test after the webhook is saved. If you rotated the key in Nevian, the old URL stops working: copy the new one from the integration's Connection tab.

"KashPay reached Nevian, but the call was rejected"

The call arrived, but Nevian couldn't read it as a KashPay order. The line shows the reason and Logs › Webhooks keeps the full body. Check that this URL is only in KashPay's webhook, not in another tool, then replay the call from Logs › Webhooks.

"no matching click" on a real sale

The test never has a click, so this is normal there. On a real sale it means the buyer reached the KashPay checkout without the click ID: check that the Nevian tracking script is on the page with the buy button and that the button links to checkout.kashpay.com.br.

Purchases counted twice in Meta

Don't add your Meta pixel to KashPay's Traqueamento (Tracking) integrations. Nevian already sends each purchase to Meta through your pixel, and both together duplicate it.

KashPay shows a signing key

After you save, KashPay shows a Chave de assinatura (secret) (Signing key). Nevian doesn't need it: the key inside your Webhook URL already proves each call is yours, so keep that URL private. KashPay explains its webhooks in its own webhook documentation.
