Connect Eduzz to Nevian
Send every Eduzz invoice to Nevian with one webhook, so each sale, refund and chargeback shows up next to the ad that brought the buyer.
What you need
- An Eduzz account with access to the developer console (
console.eduzz.com). The webhook sends only the products of the account you are signed in to. - A Nevian workspace with an active plan (Beginner, Pro or Enterprise), where you are the owner, an admin or a member. Viewers can't connect integrations.
- The two tabs side by side: Nevian on Integrations and the Eduzz console.
Steps
-
In Nevian, open Integrations, click Add integration (Connect provider when nothing is connected yet) and pick Eduzz. In the Connect Eduzz window, have the platform open in another tab, then click Next to get your private URL.
-
Nevian creates your private Webhook URL. Click the copy button next to it and leave this window open: it shows the first event the moment it arrives.
-
In the Eduzz developer console (
console.eduzz.com), open the webhook Segurança (Security) screen, create a key namedNevianand copy it. Eduzz signs every call with it.
-
Open Configurações (Settings) under Webhook and click + Nova configuração (New configuration).
-
Name it (for example
Nevian - vendas), pick theNeviankey in Chave de acesso (Access key) and paste the URL in URL para envio dos dados (URL to send the data).
-
Under Quais eventos você deseja receber? (Which events do you want?), open MyEduzz and tick the Fatura (Invoice) events Aguardando pagamento, Paga, Cancelada, Expirada, Reembolsada and Chargeback. Click Criar configuração (Create configuration).
-
New configurations start off. Turn it on: Eduzz sends a
pingto the URL and activates the configuration when Nevian answers.
-
Back in Nevian, click Next after copying the URL or code to open the test step. The line turns Connected a few seconds after the ping arrives. Click Done.
-
Recommended: in Nevian, click the Eduzz card in Integrations, open the Connection tab, paste the key you created in Segurança in Signing secret and click Save. From now on Nevian rejects any call without it.
Check that it works
- The Eduzz card in Integrations says Connected. The ping only proves the URL works: it is logged and never counts as a sale.
- Eduzz has no test sale. Your first real sale proves the rest: it shows in Logs › Webhooks with its invoice, and you can mark a sale you made yourself as a test in Logs › Conversions.
- For real sales, keep the Nevian tracking script on the pages with your buy buttons. It adds the click ID to every link to
chk.eduzz.comandsun.eduzz.com(astrk) and passes the page UTMs along; Eduzz sends the tracker codes back with the invoice. Check the first real sale in Logs › Webhooks: Eduzz doesn't document which checkout parameter fills them. - An order bump is its own invoice that points to the main sale; bumps inside the same invoice become their own sales.
Problems
"Waiting for the first event…" doesn't change
Eduzz hasn't sent anything to Nevian yet. In the Eduzz console, check that the configuration is turned on, that the URL is complete and that the MyEduzz invoice events are ticked. If Eduzz couldn't reach the URL three times in a row, it holds the events as a backup and keeps retrying. If you rotated the key in Nevian, the old URL stops working: copy the new one from the integration's Connection tab.
"Eduzz reached Nevian, but the call was rejected"
The call arrived, but Nevian turned it down; the line and Logs › Webhooks show the reason. When the reason is the Signing secret, the key picked in Chave de acesso isn't the one saved in Nevian: copy it again from Segurança, open the Connection tab of the Eduzz card, click Replace, paste it and click Save. Then send the test again.
"no matching click" on a real sale
The test never has a click, so this is normal there. On a real sale it means the buyer reached the Eduzz checkout without the click ID: check that the Nevian tracking script is on the page with the buy button and that the button links to chk.eduzz.com (the script adds trk to it). Eduzz explains its webhooks in its own developer documentation.
